The Executive Board meets privately twice each month to carry out the business of the PTSA, according to our bylaws. We conduct a general membership meeting once per month on the 3rd Wednesday at 7:00 pm from September through May. Since the stay at home order began last year, we have been successfully hosting these meetings via zoom.
We will post our agendas in advance and minutes from the prior meeting in a timely fashion on our Agendas & Minutes page. Some meetings will feature reports from committees or special guests. Almost every meeting includes updates from the CHMS administration and occasionally there is spirited debate, but we all have similar goals.
The Executive Board will present our 2020-2021 budget proposal at our first membership meeting in September. Dr. Ron Gorman, GRPS Assistant Superintendent, will be available to answer questions at our October meeting.
