SANP 2023 First Meeting

Senior year is well underway for your scholar, which means it is time for you to come together as a group to start planning the Senior All Night Party – SANP, for short. Traditionally, this party happens immediately after the commencement ceremony and involves limo bus transportation to a secret location until early the following morning. The night is designed to be safe, inclusive and fun with food and entertainment to keep the grads going all night long.
Graduation may seem like a long way out, but from now until then is just enough time to fundraise for and plan the party. There are already a few parents on board to start your planning committee (and a fundraiser scheduled in November) but they will need much more help – starting now!!
Please join them on Tuesday, Sep 27, 2022 at 7pm to learn more about this planning process and how you can get involved. The meeting will occur via zoom.
If you cannot attend the meeting next week but want to be kept in the loop via email, please let me know. I will collect and pass along your information to the appropriate person – once identified – in the SANP group.
What can you expect at the meeting? Discussions regarding the date, budget & fundraising, venue selections, entertainment, food, how to work with the PTSA and deciding on committee leaders!
In the meantime, if you’re on facebook, you can request to join the group “City High 2023 Senior All Night Grad Party” to get acquainted with the other parents and guardians. This group is NOT open to scholars and the information should not be shared with them, either. Keeping this all a surprise is a huge challenge, but also part of the fun.
