January PTSA Meeting

If you have not yet attended a PTSA meeting this school year (we get it), you should think about joining us next week when we have a guest speaker. Ms. Maleika Joubert Brown, Director of Equity and Inclusion from GRPS will be present to facilitate discussions and brainstorm ways the PTSA can better serve our diverse families. We’d love to hear your feedback – especially since it involves YOUR FAMILY!

You do not have to be a PTSA member to participate in the discussion. Bring your spouse, meet up with your kid’s friend’s parent(s) – scholars can come, too (they are the S in PTSA).

The City PTSA is about way more than monthly meetings and fundraising (though, we do a lot of fundraising). It’s also about building community, getting to know each other and helping out at our kids’ events. In fact, if you have ever volunteered for Band Boosters, SANP, Theater (there’s many more) you’ve already supported the PTSA and our mission! Embrace your inner PTSA!
